ABSTRACT
Using Customized Simulation Solutions to Solve Critical Challenges: A Case Study

Emerging challenges like rapid technology changes, high operating costs, shortage of skilled workforce and changing nature of work have made the business environment very demanding. Skilled workforce that is equipped to manage the challenges of this nature is the need of the hour.

Industries have been training their workforce for many years now, however traditional methods used for training are not enough. Business environments today require highly realistic, innovative & flexible training solutions that help them prepare their teams for real-life situations. Immersive team training in a highly realistic virtual world allows interactions among multiple trainees in the same environment can create a rich learning experience.

This paper talks about how a customized simulation and virtual reality solutions were used for creating realistic, experiential learning environments to meet different industry challenges.

Simulation based training can help industries to prepare their workforce for improved productivity, reduce costs or adapt to new technologies faster. However a one-size-fits-all approach does not work. Each problem is unique and can be solved only by offering customized solutions. In this paper we will consider how Tecknotrove used customized solutions to resolve such issues through few case studies.
